Teens, you and your parents should investigate any potential
employer carefully. There are always risks in dealing with
others, including the risk of physical harm. Since some people
may act under false pretenses, you should keep your parents
or someone close to you informed of your activities and never
agree to meet with anyone without sharing this information
with someone else.
Privacy
Teens4Hire's Privacy Commitment
Teens4Hire.org is committed to protecting the privacy of
our users. We want to provide a safe, secure user experience.
We will use our best efforts to ensure that the information
you submit to us remains private, and is used only for the
purposes as set forth herein.
Teens
- When you register at teens4hire, you submit the information
requested on our profile form. By submitting your profile
to us, you consent to our giving the information on it to
those employers that you chose.
- When you sign up for our NOTIFY service, we will only
use the information to send you notices about job opportunities
in your area.
- When you sign up for our MAILING list, we will only use
your email address to send you information related to youth
employment.
- We will not share your email address or profile information
with anyone except as directed by you or as required by
law.
- We will NOT under any circumstances share or sell
the personal information you submit to us to any other third
party not provided for herein.
- You may cancel your registration and profile, and/or membership
in any of our services at any time by sending an email to
info@teens4hire.org.
Employers
- When you become an employer client of teens4hire, you
submit account information and job postings.
- Job postings are accessed and viewable by anyone registered
on the site. The Company is not responsible for the use
of this information by any parties having access to it.
- Employers are solely responsible for their postings on
this site.
- Non-posted account information will not be shared with
anyone except as directed by you or as required by law.
In addition to acceptance of our Terms
and Conditions for Use of the Teens4Hire site, employers agree
to adhere to our Job Posting Terms as follows:
- All job ads must be for legitimate job openings that can
be filled by teens and must not require our audience to
pay any fees or deposits.
- All job ads must contain professional and lawful content.
- The Forward Group, publisher of the Teens4Hire® site
reserves the right to modify or reject any account or job
ad as it deems appropriate.
- All job ads are subject to review and are non-refundable
including fees paid for job ads posted and subsequently
rejected.
- The Forward Group reserves the right to remove job ad(s)
if an arrangement for the billing process has not been met
within a 2 day period of posting.
- All job ads posted on the Site are for read-only purposes.
The reuse, redistribution, re-posting or other distribution
of these job postings in any other manner is strictly prohibited.
User Information.
The Company may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous
basis, certain aggregate information contained in
registration profile or account profiles.
Updating Account Information
Teens4Hire allows you to change or correct your personal
information at any time. To do so, simply log into your profile
account and you will find options for editing the information
you have submitted.

To enhance your experience at Teens4Hire, we use a feature

Teenagers seeking employment and career information and employers
seeking teenagers may use the Web Site only for lawful purposes.

and all users agree not to use the Web Site, for any of the

for employers to post job opportunities for teenagers and
teenagers to post profiles and does not screen or censor the
listings offered. The Company is not involved in the actual
transaction between employers and teenage candidates. As a
result, the Company has no control over the quality, safety
or legality of the jobs or profiles posted, the truth or accuracy
of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities
to teenagers or the ability of teenagers to fill job openings.
In addition, note that there are risks, including but not
limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers,
foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under
false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing
with other users with whom you come in contact through the
Web Site.
Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult,
Teens4Hire cannot and does not confirm that each user is who
they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved
in user-to-user dealings or control the behavior of participants
on Teens4Hire, in the event that you have a dispute with one
or more users, you release the Company (and our agents and
employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential,
direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown,

To keep your membership in force, please login at least once
every six months. Member accounts that have been inactive
for more than 6 months will be automatically deleted. At this
point, you will need to register again.
